We take an integrated approach to building a respectful workplace while incorporating our client’s organizational policies, culture, and context. The program provides knowledge and skills to prevent misconduct and foster a culture of respect and inclusion. It covers workplace conduct policies, including harassment and discrimination, conflict of interest, and personal relationships in the workplace.  Additional components can include unconscious bias training.
