The PEARL© Framework

Our Fostering a Respectful Workplace (FRW) program is anchored by the PEARL© framework, which encompasses Promote--Educate--Act--Respect--Learn to assess risk.

We take an integrated approach to building a respectful workplace while incorporating our client’s organizational policies, culture, and context. The program provides knowledge and skills to prevent misconduct and also works on a mindset change so that a culture of respect and inclusion can be created. It covers workplace conduct policies, which can include harassment and discrimination, conflict of interest, and personal relationships in the workplace.
