About Rise
RISE supports the talent needs of small- and medium-sized organizations in the international development sector so that they can achieve their mission. Specifically, RISE supports the unique talent needs of NGOs through the provision of expert HR, training, and recruitment support.
Our Team
RISE is led by two professionals who have a combined 40-year record of outstanding achievement in talent management and development. RISE co-founders, Alamelu Dev and Grace Roache, first met in Washington, D.C. in 2005. Their friendship and professional collaboration has been sustained by a shared passion for empowering people and improving performance. RISE also uses an eco-system of partners to support their clients.
